GSA Professional Services Support (Prime)

Sehlke Consulting, LLC received a Prime Contractor award on the General Services Administration (GSA) Professional Services Support (PSS) Multiple Award Schedule (Awards #GS-23F-034CA and GS-23F-035CA). Through this contract, agencies will have direct access to Sehlke Consulting’s financial management subject matter experts and comprehensive financial & cost management, accounting, budgeting, ERP and FM systems, and audit lifecycle capabilities and solutions, thoroughly addressing the current and changing needs of the Federal financial community. This GSA PSS schedule award enables Sehlke Consulting to extend its financial management solutions and capabilities to an even greater array of public sector agencies that are facing these same challenges.

SeaPort-e (Prime)

Sehlke Consulting received an award on the SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. These services support the Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC and NAVSUP), the office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). This contract award will allow our team the opportunity to grow more in our service delivery to the NAVSEA stakeholders and further expand our bidding on solicitations issued across our seven (7) awarded geographical zones.

DFAS Audit Readiness BPA

Sehlke Consulting teamed with TearaThink to receive an award on the DFAS Audit Readiness Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The BPA covers FABS SINs FABS SINs 520-8 (Complimentary Audit Services) and 520-13 (Complimentary Financial Management Services). Agencies cited within scope of the BPA are: TMA, DCMA, DTIC, DLA IG, DFAS, USTRANSCOM, and DOT&E.

Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Technical Engineering Analytical Management Support (TEAMS) BPA

As a teammate of IEA, Sehlke Consulting was awarded a Contractor Teaming Agreement (CTA) under the TEAMS BPA. The multiple-award blanket purchase agreement has a one-year period of performance, with four option years, for all awardees. WHS Acquisition Directorate is the Single Enterprise Contracting Office (SECO) for the Office of the Secretary of Defense. The SECO purchases over 1.3 billion in products and services annually. The largest category of services purchased for SECO customers is knowledge based services (KBS). KBS accounts for $973 million of the total funds obligated by the SECO. In FY14 approximately $311million of those knowledge-based services were acquired as commercial services. The scope of the IEA BPA is the provision of all knowledge-based services currently available on the Multiple Award Schedules and includes any labor category authorized under any special item number (SIN) available therein. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center (BSC) Process Improvement, Reengineering, Management and Data Support Services (PIRMDS2) IDIQ

Sehlke Consulting has been awarded a 5 year multi-award NAVSUP BSC PIRMDS2 IDIQ, worth up to $809M. Sehlke will team with prime contractor Deloitte to provide process management and data support services for the NAVSUP BSC. NAVSUP BSC works to provide tactical information technology support and oversees the development, maintenance, implementation and integration of business systems for the service branch, joint service, DoD and other federal agencies.

Sehlke’s support services to the NAVSUP BSC PIRMDS2 IDIQ include, but are not limited to the following:

U.S. Department of the Navy Financial Improvement Program (FIPII)

Sehlke Consulting teamed with Accenture to receive a five-year, multiple award IDIQ contract to support the U.S. Department of the Navy’s Office of Financial Operations as it implements the department’s Financial Improvement Program (FIP). Through the contract, the Navy will transform its financial operations to improve the accuracy, timeliness and reliability of financial information for decision-making and sustainment of effective stewardship of taxpayer dollars. Through this contract, Sehlke will help the Navy improve its financial management and accounting operations, internal control management and general areas that encompass FIP concepts. Sehlke will provide audit readiness support, such as internal control documentation and training, to help the Navy prepare for future audits. In addition, Sehlke will assist the department with implementing solutions to known and emergent deficiencies, including system improvements, process reengineering and leading business practices.

Sehlke Consulting teamed with Innovative Information Solutions, LLC to receive an award on the USOCOM SWMS, Group B IDIQ in support of the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) which oversees the training, doctrine, and equipping of all U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF) units. This support includes USSOCOM Headquarters organizations, Components, JSOC, and TSOCs, as well any future entity which USSOCOM may establish to support the Command’s mission. Through the contract, SOCOM will receive support in the following areas: Education and Training Services, Management Support Services, and Administrative & Other Services.

Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) IDIQ:

The enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) contract vehicle was established by the Army Sustainment Command (ASC), as the Army Material Commands’s executive agent for field support.  EAGLE has the capability to support the material enterprise by providing for all aspects of the Army’s multi-faceted supply, maintenance and transportation efforts – both CONUS and OCONUS.  The EAGLE vehicle requirements provide a generalized description of maintenance, supply and transportation support functions required by United States Army Sustainment Command (ASC) or other Government entities in support of applicable Military Units, Governmental agencies, coalition partners, or other entities as designated by ASC.

Sehlke Consulting has teamed with Oasys International and Atlas Optima as MTSA. Management & Technology Services Alliance (MTSA) is a joint venture Prime of the MTSA Team of companies. The joint venture is comprised of three partners with a long history in successfully managing businesses of varying sizes. Each partner brings strength and leadership to the specific areas within the scope of PACTS II, and specializes in different areas to ensure depth and breadth is achieved both at the contract level, as well as the resulting task orders.
