SeaPort-e Prime Contract Award

Sehlke Consulting received an award on the SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. These services support the Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC and NAVSUP), the office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). This contract award will allow our team the opportunity to grow more in our service delivery to the NAVSEA stakeholders and further expand our bidding on solicitations issued across our seven (7) awarded geographical zones, listed below:

  • Zone 1: Northeast
  • Zone 2: National Capital
  • Zone 3: Mid Atlantic
  • Zone 4: Gulf Coast
  • Zone 5: Midwest
  • Zone 6: Southwest
  • Zone 7: Northwest

Quality Assurance Program

Team Sehlke utilizes an approach that emphasizes two (2) vital Quality Assurance (QA) principle methodologies: (1) “Fit for Purpose”, where the product being delivered should be suitable for the intended purpose and (2) “Right First Time”, where mistakes should be eliminated up front to avoid re-work and time delays. The QA oversight includes management of the quality of raw materials, assemblies, products and components; services related to production management and inspection processes.
